is intended as an opportunity for all visual artist members of the Edison Arts Society to exhibit work that gives an indication of their current direction and media. While each artist is invited to submit several slides for consideration, only a single work by each artist will be included. Thus, we strongly encourage every visual artist member of the EAS to submit work to this 2005 version of the annual show.

The Gallery of the Edison Arts Society is a joint
venture between the eight-year old Edison Arts Society
and its corporate partner, the Sheraton Edison Hotel at Raritan Center.
Exhibits hang in this venue for five-months and are viewed by multitudes
of out-of-town visitors as well as locals who frequent the Hotel for
meetings, galas, lunches or dinners. With its first opening on November
24, 2001, the Gallery found its home on 50 feet of wall space in the
well-traveled, beautifully maintained lobby of the Hotel, near the
café. The Hotel sponsors Gallery openings with a lavish reception
buffet, along with live entertainment provided by EAS. This opening
was attended by more than 200 artists and art supporters.
